These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yb8 ("yb8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yb8 website at yb8.onl, including all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account with yb8. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, yb8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

yb8 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

2.4 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. yb8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yb8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment partners including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to periodic updates. 3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the account's verification status. yb8 reserves the right to impose or adjust deposit limits at any time for responsible gaming or compliance reasons.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be held pending KYC completion. 3.4 Currency

3.5 No Third-Party Payments

yb8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and will not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to a third party. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by yb8 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer. These individual offer terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your yb8 account are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will remain non-withdrawable until all wagering conditions are satisfied in full.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yb8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in card games, tournaments, or any other game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to yb8.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the yb8 platform or its software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing yb8 staff, support agents, or other players.

All content on the yb8 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and the yb8 brand identity — is the intellectual property of yb8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the yb8 platform without prior written authorisation from yb8.

9.1 Platform Availability

yb8 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or technical failures may cause temporary unavailability. yb8 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform downtime.

9.2 Gambling Losses

By using the yb8 platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. yb8 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through the normal operation of the platform. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make when placing bets or playing games.

9.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yb8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Services — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 Termination by the Player

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by yb8 — all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and prohibited conduct will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of yb8's platform. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to yb8's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law.
